Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, data, algorithms, and intellectual property provided through our Platform and Services are owned by Layer3 Intel or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAYER3 INTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Layer3 Intel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
